APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on Amahle Hair Co, our clients, and our team. We have found that implementing a booking policy is the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments.

When making an appointment at Amahle Hair Co, clients will be required to place payment details online to secure their appointment.
We will send out a confirmation SMS/EMAIL when your appointment is made and the night before your appointment. If a client does not show for a booking, reschedules, or cancels on the day of/or the day before the appointment, they will lose their reservation deposit. Any online bookings will forfeit their deposits.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations have a major effect on the team and the salon. We must implement these standards to ensure stability.
If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late without contacting the salon, we will reschedule your appointment. We firmly believe in the importance of your time as well as ours to complete your service. If timing is critical on the day of your appointment, please make us aware when scheduling your appointment.

REDO AND REFUNDS

We take pride in and stand by our work at Amahle Hair Co. If you are unsatisfied we would appreciate it if you would consult and communicate with your stylist and together during the appointment and come up with a solution.

All quotes via email, phone, or other online communication are an estimate and may not be the final cost. If you require a more accurate quote please book a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists OR at your appointment, please ask your stylist prior to commencing service for a full quote.
Amahle Hair Co does not refund or redo at zero cost if you change your mind on a service that has had a full consultation. Our priority is to make sure each and every client loves their hair, if you leave happy and loving your new style, we do not accept responsibility for any change of mind upon leaving the salon. In the unlikely event that a service has not turned out as you and your stylist consulted, this must be redone by us within 7 days of your initial appointment.
If a client is unhappy with the results of a service, has consulted with and received a redo, and is still not happy, Amahle Hair Co will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to refund the client a maximum of 50% of service costs. Services performed at Amahle Hair Co will not carry any guarantee if the client is not using professional products as recommended.
Amahle Hair Co will not refund for services performed elsewhere to rectify or change the outcome of services originally performed at our salon. We reserve the right to correct any issues in-house before a refund is offered, given there is the basis to do so at our discretion.
